Kick AZZ Ride Brad!

Yep, that's a 16 inch wide car rim spoked onto a BMX hub! I don't even need a kickstand for this beast.

Nancy...I also enjoy seeing those who have never touched a welder come to my site and get support from what I think is a perfect family of fellow builders. Everyone from 12 year old kids to 65 year old retired engineers are hacking up bikes and letting their creativity come to life! I have been adamant about building a community that has no egos and one that accepts everyone for who they are. The Internet often has so much negativity, but I guess it's much like what you were saying.... what is up with so many people?...Brad

My name is Paul M. and I am Portuguese.

Recently I found this bicycle site. It is the scene that I like, and I wanted to participate.

My project began with a frame from an 80’s BMX.  Although able to find, or buy the parts and components to implement the bike, I wanted to make all necessary pieces to make it even more personal.

The front fork and frame are handmade.  Many of the original parts of the bike were recycled and used again ... also to protect the environment ... hehehe

With the rims, after the welding work done, it was time to paint the bike with a matte black paint… ok ... this is a little history of my bike ... I hope you like it.

Goodbye…. and greetings from Portugal

When Chopper Bikes were first invited to Lowrider Shows, we had no idea how creative, and wonderful they would be!
